Growth charts

Our growth charts enable health professionals to plot and monitor the growth of children from birth to young adulthood, and are based on data from WHO which describe the optimal growth for healthy, breastfed children. Download free copies of the paper charts or order from an external supplier, and explore our digital growth charts tool.

Information

Anyone who measures a child, plots or interprets charts should be suitably trained, or be supervised by someone qualified to do so. Our guides explain more.

We have, for the first time ever, developed an API (application programming interface) to accurately calculate centiles for a child’s height, weight, head circumference and BMI for digital growth assessments.

Award-winning, gold standard and open source, our API will enable developers of electronic patient records to build apps and interfaces that give clinicians solid data to improve care, and parents online access to their child's growth records.
